For better shopping experience be conscious about some terms and conditions that are applied with transactions at electra e-store. Before placing an order or making a purchase at electra e-store, please make sure to accept our terms and conditions.
Return / Refund Policy
We can realize your experiences with the products you purchase from the electra e-store. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that the product quality & after sales service is to be as just which you need. We understand, however, if you found a product defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete on time of delivery, please do not receive the product, once you receive the product cannot be changed/returned without any kind of technical/manufacturing problem.
Reason/s may arise Returning of product:
- Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (in front of delivery representative).
- Product is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete /missing parts (in front of delivery representative).
- Customer can claim for Return/Refund against delivered product within 24 hours if there found any kind of product operational fault or manufacturing fault.
- Please take note that, change of mind / No longer needed (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase) / you do not like the product after opening the package are not eligible for return.
You can simply create a request to return your products with the necessary documents of the product that you received after purchase through the right channel and process as described on e-store/outlets.
Conditions to Return:
If a product is returned to us without fulfilling the above mentioned conditions (referred as an invalid return), we reserve the right to send it back to you.
The quality evaluation process may take up to 2-7 working days once the item reaches our warehouse. If it is deemed to be a valid return, then the refund process will only begin after we have completed evaluating procedure of the product. And if it is an invalid return, the product will be sent back to you.
Refund policy only applicable if your product is eligible for refund after completion the quality evaluation by us.
The way of product refund depends on your original payment method:
- If any online payment is done by customer through credit or debit card, bKash/Nagad or cash on delivery, refunds will be made by Electra International to customer through Account Payee Cheque within fifteen working days of receiving the cancelation request from customer (if applicable).
- If customer wants to apply for changing the payment process, Electra International will ask for sending supporting documents for compliance.
Order Acceptance / Confirmation
Electra International e-store may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. The electra e-store may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your online order, we’ll provide you the order confirmation by email/SMS. Your receipt of an order confirmation, act as acceptance of your order. The electra e-store reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. If electra e-store cancels an order after your payment in this regard, electra e-store will refund your payment.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery of an order may be impacted by any unforeseeable circumstances or any unavoidable situations nationally or globally which seems beyond the control of electra e-store, electra e-store cannot be held liable for late deliveries. However, we will work with you to ensure a smooth and fast delivery.
As electra e-store takes care of the disburse of the products you purchase from the electra e-store, the risk of loss or damage of product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification. If there are any issues regarding product delivery, please feel free to contact Electra International contact points to resolve.
Electra International uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order/s gets to you on time delivery. From the Secure Checkout page you’ll see your item description, price and estimated delivery date & delivery cost.
Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item upon your order, subject to pay an additional amount of calculated charge.
Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.
The cost for delivery is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order with courier delivery cost.
Electra International offers in-store pickup for many of the items available on the Online Store. Certain products and payment methods, however, may not qualify for in-store pickup. Only the customer or the person designated by him/her may pick up the purchased item(s). A government-issued photo ID and order number will be required for the pickup. Electra International will notify you when your order is ready and the date by which you need to pick up your items. We’ll also send you a reminder or two, just in case it slips your mind. If you don’t pick up your order within 5 days, Electra International may cancel it.
Bangladesh Shipping Only
Products purchased online from electra e-store will only be shipped to addresses in Bangladesh.
N.B: While purchasing products from The electra e-store, this should be noted that payment should be done through Online Payment Gateway/ Payment direct to Showrooms/ payment from home as cash on delivery.
For cash on delivery, 10% advance payment needed to be done through bKash Merchant Account (+8801713 353409) to confirm the order & process the delivery as well.
Besides this, please avoid any payment through personal bKash/Nagad or cash- for this reason Electra International will not be liable any more or for any kind of discrepancy.
Electra International reserves the right to change prices of products displayed at/on the electra e-Store at any time (if required), and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. After placing the order on/at electra e-store, new price (reduction or increase) will not be applicable / eligible for ordered items anymore.
